Overlook Ridge Inc.
Dave Casullo grew up in Little Falls, attended schools there and then, like many others, moved away. He has returned to Little Falls to realize a dream he has had since very early on – to turn Overlook Ridge into a viable community development. As the founder of Overlook Ridge Inc., he has overseen the development and growth of Overlook Ridge as a prime real estate location in the northeast. The Overlook Ridge Inc. team has spent time and care to make sure the development plan is well organized, and has the necessary infrastructure for sustained development.

The total 188.2 acre area of Overlook Ridge spans a hybrid terrain. The western 54.2 acres (the ‘green area’) of the property is hilly and heavily wooded and this beautiful area has many trails through its vastness that serve as a place for recreation (hiking, cross country skiing) for many area residents. The remaining 134 acres have been nicely subdivided into 133 building lots each ranging in size from approximately 1/2 acre up to just over 1 acre.

The large building lots are targeted toward middle to upper middle income buyers who wish to enjoy the serenity of upstate NY living, the convenience of the Mohawk Valley, and the luxury of a newly constructed custom suburban home. State Route 170 borders the development on the east and the older Top Notch Road development is on the west beyond the ‘green area’. David Casullo has headed up the Human Resource team for the rapidly growing mega-retailer Raymour & Flanigan for eight years and he is currently the Senior Vice President. Raymour & Flanigan is a billion dollar retail giant, the largest furniture retailer in the Northeast and fastest growing, with nearly 100 store locations in seven states and 4,500 associates.

David began his career in management in 1984 as the Computer Operations Manager for a large local Anheuser-Busch distributor. His desire to lead and to tackle tough business challenges head-on led him on a path of increasing leadership responsibility throughout his 24-year career. He has served as General Manager of a successful small business, Vice President and General Manager of multiple large divisions of a successful manufacturing business, and President of a $200 million multi-national business. Always having worked for tightly privately held companies, David is keenly aware of the leadership challenges uniquely present in a privately held organization.

David earned his Bachelor degree in Math from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY where he was captain of the varsity football team, and he earned an MBA from RPI in Troy, New York. He married his high school sweetheart together with whom they have three wonderful children – Andrew (22), Jenna (19), and Sara (15).
